		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for writing about Mechademia -- I found a used copy of this at Book-off, I think and it made for good subway reading over a span of a few days. I like reading about anime/manga and this gave more variety over the other books that&#039;ve been published on the topic.

Also, this isn&#039;t really a book -- it&#039;s really more of a journal, growing out of the School Girls and Mobile Suits workshop in Minneapolis. That&#039;s why the essays in this first collection, especially, feel disjointed since it was their first year trying out publishing the actual papers that came out of the conference.]]></description>
