As we have been doing these awards posts for seven years now, we are finally getting the hang of it. Though we are sure to disappoint everyone because our categories don’t include the phrases “Worst,” “Most Aggravating,” or “Top-tier Bullshit.” Sadly, we still enjoy watching anime and reading manga so as the title suggests, this is a positive list. Surly, in 2014 we will totally burn out and give everyone the post that they really want. Until then you’ll just have to put up with us and hope for a dark future filled with backhanded compliments, pitch-black cynicism, and deep-rooted hatred for any material from Japan.

Top 11 Type-Moon Moments for 2013
Another year has passed with Reverse Thieves being the premiere Type-Moon and Galaxy Angel themed blog on the Internet. (A title bestowed on the blog but no one but myself.) As that is the case it is only logical that I look over another year of Type-Moon news and events and pick some of my favorite moments. While there are several things we are still waiting for like the Tsukihime remake and Girls’ Work there were enough new anime, manga, figures, and various other pieces of merchandise to warrant a new Type-Moon Weekly News Roundup every week. Therefore I had more than enough to pull from to whip up my eleven favorite items from 2013.
This is hardly the definitive list of the coolest things that happened with Type-Moon this year. But it is a list of the things that meant the most to me.

And now your helpful bartenders at The Speakeasy present your drink:
Holiday Spice
- 1 1/2 ounces Cîroc Coconut Vodka
- 1/2 ounce cream of coconut cream
- 1/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce whole milk
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 2 dashes nutmeg
- 2 dashes all spice
- Coconut shavings for garnish
Combine the vodka, coconut cream, milk, egg, and one dash of each of the spices in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds to ensure the egg is properly mixed. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with the remaining spices and coconut shavings.
