Oakenshield

  • 5 tablespoons mildly smoky Scotch
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp. Cynar
  • 1 tablespoon Toschi Nocello
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Fill a large glass with ice cubes and add all ingredients. Stir with a bar spoon until outside of glass is very cold. Strain into a stemless wineglass or an Old Fashioned glass.

Witchy Woman

  • 1½ ounces Campari
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce Flor de Caña 4-year-old, extra-dry white rum
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce Orgeat syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.
