Type-Moon Weekly News Roundup: At Least Johnny Yong Bosch is Not Kiritsugu

This Saturday post is the weekly Type-Moon news in addition to the regular APB post on Sunday. If you have any suggestions for what to highlight on the Type-Moon Weekly News Roundup drop me a line via email or Twitter.

  • Dub Mix Zero
Surprisingly enough Fate/Zero is getting a dub on Neon Alley of all places. While Neon Alley is a bit of an odd place I just hope the dub gets the show a little more exposure.
  • Dinner With the Queen of Zettai Ryouiki
The Ufotable cafe is celebrating another Type-Moon birthday with a special reservation only Rin Tohsaka event. Now Ufotable needs to do a Tsukihime remake anime so they can do Christmas events for Arcueid’s birthday.
  • Gender Equality for All
I am amused about complaining that Type-Moon fandom has clearly gone over to the fujoshi because the Fate/Extra opening only had the female protagonist was for nothing. As it turns out there is a separate opening for the male protagonist after all. (Plus as all the female fans told me: All true fujoshi play as the male protagonist and then make him flirt with Archer.)
  • Gilgamesh in a Box
MarvelousAQL does their own unboxing of the deluxe special edition Virgin White Box of Fate/Extra CCC. Now that they have done that what will all the people who love to do unboxing videos do?
  • I Object Strongly to the Wedding
You can’t get married to a woman cosplaying Saber as Gilgamesh. That is just sinful on so many levels. Kanako Ohno is weeping tears of shame in response to your cosplay travesty.
  • Waver is Finally the Big Man in the Relationship
Alter is going unveil its moe moe Waver Velvet figure at this year’s Wonder Festival.
