Reverse Thieves 
Quetzalcoatl Santa has quite the NP. :P Looks cool, though it bugs me that samba is used, when it has nothing to do with Quetz, but eh, I’ll get over it. :P
I was thinking about this comment during my morning jog. Now the simple answer might be that Type-Moon is simply mixing and matching Brazilain dance with a Mesoamerica diety because they just want a Carnaval themed servant and to hell with everything else. But there might actually be a better reason.
It is easy to forget but Quetzalcoatl is actually a Pseudo-Servant because that is how gods are able to be summoned by the Holy Grail system. The thing is unlike the other Pseudo-Servants who are known characters the vessel for Quetzalcoatl is a completely original character. Maybe this version of Quetzalcoatl is a version where the original lady is slightly more dominant so we can learn a little more about the woman being possessed by Quetzalcoatl.
But that is just a wild guess.
